What is included in the price?

UNLIMITED MILEAGE
Mileage is free: On rentals of 3 days or over. Mileage is unlimited, provided you stay within the country from where you booked the vehicle.
For 1-day rentals: total price + 50% (for unlimited mileage)
For 2-day rentals: total price + 25% (for unlimited mileage)

TAXES
Value Added Taxes (VAT) on the vehicle are included in the car hire price. There are no additional payment taxes.

THIRD PARTY LIABILITY
Third Party Insurance (Civil Liability Insurance) covers damages in case of an accident with another vehicle if liability is of the other vehicle. This insurance is obligatory for car hire but does not cover damages to the own vehicle. Those will be charged to the client according to the excess charge depending on the rented car group. Please see the paragraph "excess charge".

Coverage for bodily injury : 500,000 €
Coverage for property damage : 100,000 €

FUEL POLICY
Pick up and Return full or we apply a surcharge (see with Rental Office)

ADDITIONAL EXTRAS
Additional Driver: on request 2 € per day

Baby & Infants Seats: on request 2.80 € per day
baby: from 9 to 24 months except for jeep and Minibus
Infant: from 25 to 60 months except for jeep & Minibusal Driver : 2.80 € per day
Roof racks: on request for groups ECMN/EDMR & CDMR: 4.50 € per day

ONE WAY RENTALS
National: allowed after 3 days rentals 0.44 € per Km (on request basis)
International: not allowed Penalty Amount : 10,000 €

ACCIDENTS
Customer must complete a report form at time of incident and must call the rental office.

The report form is provided with the car. Dependant on the circumstances we reserve the right not to replace the vehicle.

OUT OF HOUR
Airport : between 21h00 and 07h30 extra charge of 18.18 € per after hour instance

DEDUCTIBLE
CDW: Collision Damage Waiver
TW: Theft & Fire Insurance
Deductible amount 300 €
PAI: Personal Accident Insurance:
5.59 € per day for all car groups
FDW: reduces the amount of deductible on CDW : 8.39 €

CONDITIONS OF THE VEHICLE
Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear expected, in the same condition as when rented. If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer.

DOCUMENTATION
All the driver must present a valid driving Licence held at least 1 year.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Hotel after office hours ( between 21h to 07h30 ) extra charge of 18.18 € per after hour instance
Hotel during office hours ( between 07h30 to 21h00) : with in area city limit is free of charge
Downtown Office: afterhours : extra charge of 18.18 € per after hour instance

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Minimum Driver Age : 21 years
Maximum Driver Age : 75 years

VOUCHER
You will recieve your voucher with the details of your rental and your official reference number within 48 hours of your booking (Mon-Fri). Your voucher will give you detailed pickup and drop off instructions and all of the contact telephone numbers and address of the local car rental office.
